When I stand before God at the end of my life,
I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say,
"I used everything You gave me."

Happy Easter...

Last weekend, I thought about pulling the azaleas from the back yard. They looked dead to me. I am no green thumb and even my common sense didn't help, I really thought they were dead. Then an amazing thing happened. C figured out the sprinkler system hadn't been on like we thought it had. We turned it on and a week later....
They are beautiful and all the way around the pine tree in the center of the backyard fence. Special thanks to my friend G who hauled them from her yard 3 houses down the street about 3 years ago. I am so glad I didn't pull them out!
Have a wonderful blessed Easter weekend!

  1. Stopping by from SITS to say hi! What beautiful flowers. I go through the same thing every year with my crepe myrtle. Just when I am ready to yank it out by it's dead roots, it suddenly bursts into bloom!
